The BCAS meets on a weekday nearest full moon every month except November and December.  The public is welcome to attend.

The BCAS and sister clubs, the Western Colorado Astronomy Club and the Gunnison Valley Observatory conduct public events at national park, state park and municipal sites.
Keep checking this page for BCAS public star party and sunwatch announcements.  All BCAS events are FREE (excepting state and national park entrance fees).

We offer programs on telescope selection and assist new owners with setup and operation. Preserve and read the dreaded instructions!
If lost, check manufacturer website for downloadable replacement manuals.
